As part of the Education Team, Frances works with Laura and Louise to devise creative and meaningful ways to teach life skills and develop social and emotional wellbeing in children. She is passionate about enhancing the opportunities children have for strengthening self-confidence and believes developing a growth mindset is central to the many skills children need to navigate their way in life.
As an undergraduate, Frances studied Theology and Religious Studies. She has a passion for learning about other religions and cultures and enjoys travelling as often as she can. She particularly loves travelling in Asia and has been fortunate enough to spend time in India, China, Tibet, and Southeast Asia. Frances also loves the theatre. With a background in dance, Frances still attends ballet classes when she can, and practices Yoga and Pilates.
Frances has many role models in her life including many of the children she has taught over the years. In her teaching, she was inspired by Sir Ken Robinson, an author, speaker, and advisor on education who advocated for creativity within education and for seeing every child as an individual.
