Graham Davies

Graham is our CFO via his outsourced finance business Addition. With more than 14 years of experience in finance for companies of all sizes (including Thomas Cook Group), Graham is passionate about helping businesses thrive through quality financial insights and forecasting.

Graham has worked in upper-tier finance for companies of all sizes across the

UK, from start-up to plc. During his 14 years in various roles, including CFO and FD, he set up and delivered investor reporting and raised in excess of £2bn for start-ups and listed companies.

Graham has a broad range of experience, which he devotes to helping businesses achieve their goals. He believes strongly that quality financial insights are for every company – no matter their size. During the pandemic, Graham has supported more than 150 small businesses to not only stay afloat, but thrive. Basing financial decisions on insight, not hindsight, and keeping things simple are key principles that Graham encourages any entrepreneur to embrace.
