Karl Hulme

Karl joined the team in September 2021 as the Chief Technology Officer. He’s passionate about ensuring technology is used to delight customers however and whenever they interact with us.

Karl has spent 20 years leading tech teams to build and support B2B and B2C platforms, often from scratch. He’s worked with start-ups and international businesses, managing development, support and implementation teams. With two children at home, Karl is thrilled to be working in an environment that is having a demonstrable impact on the lives of young people.

Karl’s role model is his dad. Although no longer with us, he was a kind and generous man who always tried to do “the right thing.” Karl aspires to follow in his footsteps.
