Tom Brooks

Most recently he co-founded Elder.org, a marketplace for matching quality carers with those in need of long term care which has raised >£10m in investment and delivered thousands of hours worth of care to people across the UK.

Tom’s passionate about working with founders who are building mission-driven businesses which can truly impact people on a global scale.

When he’s not working, Tom likes to spend time with his wife and their 15-month-old girl on his family farm in Suffolk. He’s an avid skier and kite surfer and loves to travel.

His Role Model is his Grandad, who always worked hard doing what he loved and had a passion for adventure.
