Our cancellation policy

In the unlikely event of you having been 100% confirmed for an in-person course, and then Role Models cancelling the course, either due to an issue with the London team, or as a result of an international partner cancelling, the following are our benchmarks for pay at different timeframes:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice before either travel commences* (for UK Role Models) or the course starts (for people based internationally) – we pay 100% of their agreed salary

• Between 24 and 48 hours’ notice before either travel commences* (for UK Role Models) or the course starts (for people based internationally) – we pay 75% of their agreed salary

• Between 48 hours and 7 days’ notice before either travel commences* (for UK Role Models) or the course starts (for people based internationally) – we pay 50% of their agreed salary

• Between 7 and 10 days’ notice before either travel commences* (for UK Role Models) or the course starts (for people based internationally) – we pay 25% of their agreed salary

• More than 10 days’ notice before either travel commences* (for UK Role Models) or the course starts (for people based internationally) - we apologise but offer no compensation
